Cotchia saffron

The Cotchia saffron farm is the largest in the country, and offers you the chance to discover saffron through visits and tastings all year round, with a special highlight during the flowering season in October. Saffron is grown here by hand in a way that respects nature, and many different products are produced in the workshops: liqueurs, teas, syrups, vinegar…

Oyster mushrooms from Limbort Farm

Appreciated for their finesse, oyster mushrooms transform the most ordinary recipes into refined dishes. Low in calories and flavorful, they are also renowned for their energy and antioxidant properties. Grown organically in the heart of the Hesbaye region, at Limbort Farm in Braives, they are grown naturally, without chemical inputs.

Organic mushrooms from Schiepers Farm

At Schiepers Farm, there’s no question of fertilizers, sprays or treatments… Here, everything is organic! In October, don’t miss the mushrooms, available directly from the farm or from Boulangerie Champain in Wanze. We’re already looking forward to tasting winter cabbages and chicory in late December.
