Thys, a remarkable heritage

From an architectural heritage perspective, the prime feature is the imposing castle farm located close to the Saint-Pierre de Thys church, which was the residence of the lords of the area. The Château served as the general headquarters for the Duke of Marlborough in 1703. The Church of Thys is also remarkable with its porch tower which dates back to the Roman era.
