Nandrin

The must-sees

Patrimonial, unusual, sporty, fun: if you had to do only one activity in this locality it’s in these proposals that you will find it.

The center of the commune features a number of fine farmhouses and, above all, a magnificent medieval dungeon-tower dating from the 12th century.

Saint-Séverin, part of the commune of Nandrin, is a stopover on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela. It’s also here that you’ll find the superb Romanesque church of Saints-Pierre-et-Paul, everything to admire both inside and out.

Villers-le-Temple, another village, keeps in its patronymic the vestiges of the history of the Templar order.

A few walks will allow you to discover farms, manors, mills, chapels attesting to a very interesting historical heritage.
