Business guesthouse and exclusive venue for meetings, seminars and business stays

Located in Otrange, in the municipality of Oreye, in the heart of Hesbaye and just 20 km from Liège, IDDup Atrium is a hybrid venue combining a luxury guesthouse, a meeting space available for private hire and a fully connected working environment. Easily accessible via the E40 and E42 motorways, with private, secure parking, this venue offers an elegant, bright and private setting, making it an ideal alternative to traditional seminar rooms for organising meetings, training sessions, workshops, team-building events, board meetings or business trips.

Spanning 140 m² across three levels, the space can accommodate up to 12 people in optimal conditions of comfort and productivity. Its layout allows for flexible, bespoke arrangements, with timings tailored to business needs, including evenings, weekends or longer stays.

On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises two double bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto an open-plan workspace, featuring ergonomic desks and a modern, functional and connected environment. On the second floor, a cosy relaxation area allows for further discussions in a more informal setting. The Atrium also features a furnished terrace and a 300 m² garden.

More than just a meeting venue, IDDup Atrium offers a comprehensive professional experience, combining comfort, efficiency, discretion and a warm welcome. A concierge service and personalised support can also be provided.
